  • Please be aware of our class cancellation Policy: If you are a no Show or late cancellation (under 4 hours before your class) we operate a removal 7 days of advanced booking privileges and a £4 booking fine if this happens twice..

High intensity interval training, using very short bursts of extremely intense aerobic exercises, with slower recovery periods.

A class that will help train your body as a complete unit, building muscle and burning fat!

Your instructor will use techniques to take you from fast flats to steep climbs. 

This class looks to improve strength and endurance.

Hatha Yoga:

This form of Yoga is great for:

  • Strengthening muscles
  • Improving balance and mobility
  • Blending poses and breathing

This class is suitable for all and will leave you de-stressed.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Improving strength, endurance, power and mobility, this class has it all.

A class that will help train your body as a complete unit, building muscle and burning fat!

Vinyasa essentially means movement synchronised with breathe. It's vigorous style is based on a rapid flow through sun salutations and a continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.

Fusion Yoga:

Fusion Yoga is the blending of techniques, it focuses on combining mind and body exercises.

Ashtanga Yoga:

Fast paced yoga that leads you non-stop through one or more of the Ashtanga series, while being encouraged to breathe as you move from pose to pose.

Power Yoga

A workout for the soul!

These classes are dynamically designed to provide an effective boost of cardio activity, endurance, and strength training.

Cylospin:

A 45-minute class. Using a range of techniques and cues to take you from fast flats to the steepest of climbs. Spin is great for anyone looking to get an awesome aerobic workout but will also improve strength and endurance.

A 30-minute blast of different spinning techniques. A great way to get your Spin fix and work on your abs, obliques and lower back.

An explosive Boxing inspired workout that combines H.I.I.T training principles with a real focus on correct technique to deliver a workout that really packs a punch.

A fun, low impact, chair based exercise class to music, that includes gentle exercise to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, while gently toning muscles and joints.    Followed by a cuppa and a chat in our spacious cafe.  A great way to get active and meet new people.

This is a class for those with Learning Disabilities to come along with their care givers to a be able to join in a group exercise class in a safe environment.  Benefits of the class are to help people with chronic, disabling conditions improve their stamina and muscle strength. Reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression, improves mood, and promotes general feelings of well-being

Held outside in our Multi-Use Games Area, this is a great class for those not wanting to be confined to the Fitness Centre or Studio. 

Utilising traditional circuits fused with kettlebells and battle ropes this is a great class for those looking for something different.

A socially- driven celebration of women on bikes. Unites riders to share the joy of cycling, regardless of age, ability or bicycle preference.

A full body workout that improves functional movement, core stability and alignment. Pilates will also help to improve flexibility, burn calories and improve strength levels.

A training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain, identifying postural imbalances by applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises. Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances. Increase muscular and strength, improve posture and to facilitate optimum function occupationally and recreationally.

A fun, high energy total- body aerobic workout to popular music from all eras. Easy to follow choreography to keep you moving, featuring and array of dance styles from salsa to street dance.

An old school conditioning class using classic bodyweight and weighted exercises.  A 45 minute class targeting the whole body, focusing on strength, toning and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Fun based Fitness class on bikes using the road circuit and mountain bike trails.  Improving your cycling confidence, get fit and have fun on a bike.  Use our bikes and helmets or bring your own.

Outdoor cycling has numerous benefits including Improved balance, core stability and leg strength.  Low impact and Improving your mental well being in an outdoor traffic free safe environment.

45 minute classes led by a qualified coach.

The Barre Strength is a ballet inspired full body conditioning class, it was invented by a ballerina who needed to rehabilitate herself after injury.  It’s a low impact class while still being physical and fun! (No tutu required but please bring socks)
