Park Fitness Junior


Users aged 11-15 (Available for children from the month of their 11th birthday to the month before their 16th birthday).

This membership includes the following benefits:

  •  Access to Road Track & MTB Trails
  •  Access to Junior Fitness sessions in Fitness Suite & Studio for 11-15 year olds (Instructor & parent supervised)
  •  Access to Skate Park
  •  Access to Basketball Court/Sport zone
  •  Free 1 hour bike hire of Cyclopark bikes

Access to Fitness Suite for Park Fitness Junior's:

Under the supervision of a member of the Cyclopark Fitness team:

  • Monday - Thursdays: 16:00 - 17:30
  • Saturdays: 12:00 - 13:00

With a parent/guardian *Needs to be a Cyclopark member:

  • Fridays: 16:00 - 17:30
  • Saturdays: 12:00 - 17:00
  • Sundays: 12:00 - 16:00

 

Make the most of your visits to the gym with an induction that will give you a safe, effective and enjoyable programme to follow whilst you start. 

*All members will need this before using the gym facilities

A short sharp workout focusing on movements and drills which will improve your sports performance. Perfect for anyone who wants to be better at their sport or just enjoys doing something a bit different.

During the summer the class will be based outside and consists of hurdles, speed ladder work and strength/power movements applicable to your sport.

A 30 minute indoor Cycling class to help improve fitness levels and burn calories. Perfect for all fitness abilities.

New to the programme. For 8-12 year olds. This is a 60 minute class is a mixture of learning and exploring alongside basic yoga moves to build your mental and physical well-being.

A Dance Party and exercise class all rolled into one. The perfect class for anyone really looking to have fun and get fit.
