Park Fitness is unlike any other other gym, offering a variety of fitness areas to keep your workouts fun and diverse.  


Our fitness suite includes:

Cardiovascular - Treadmills, Bikes, Rowers, Cross Trainers.

Strength – Free Weights, Olympic weights.

Functional – Kettlebells, Cable Machines, Sand Bags, Battle Ropes.

Outdoor training zone - Tyres, Hammer, Punch Bag 

The Fitness Suite and equipment is available for use by members at any time even while lessons are taking place. Park Fitness is Open 7 days a week

Fitness Classes

Here at Cyclopark we have over 50 fitness classes on offer. Classes are available to members and non-members, so if you have not yet got a Park Fitness membership you can pay as you go.

  • Access to over 50 fitness classes a week
