Park Fitness is unlike any other other gym, offering a variety of fitness areas to keep your workouts fun and diverse.
In our Fitness Suite we have:
Cardiovascular - Treadmills, Bikes, Rowers, Cross Trainers.
Strength – Free Weights, Olympic weights.
Functional – Kettle Bells, Cable Machines, Sand Bags, Battle Ropes.
Outdoor training zone - Tyres, Hammer, Punch Bag
The Fitness Suite and equipment is available for use by members at any time even while lessons are taking place. Park Fitness is Open 7 days a week
